O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having willful disobedience in failing to implement the order made in Crl.OP No.21604 of 2017 dated 11.10.2017.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.10.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same came to be closed on 20.10.2018. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, if he choses to do so.
