ORDER

The wife is the petitioner before this court seeking a transfer of H.M.O.P.No.401 of 2024 filed by her husband, respondent herein, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandur, seeking restitution of conjugal rights, to the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai.

The reasons for the transfer are as follows:

(a) The petitioner has filed O.P.No.4529 of 2024 on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai.

(b) The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai.

(c) The petitioner is living with her minor son. Considering the above facts, the request for transfer appears justified and accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
