Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

2. Despite the order of this Court dated 15.07.2025 requiring the Subordinate Court, Rasipuram to indicate the time that is required to dispose of HMOP No.139 of 2024, there has been no report received by the Registry till date.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that originally the petition was filed in the year 2021 and subsequently, re-numbered as HMOP No.139 of 2024 and the petitioner has sought for dissolution of marriage with the respondent/wife and the petition is pending for more than four years.

4. It is also brought to my notice that trial has already commenced. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow the revision and the Subordinate Court, Rasipuram, Namakkal District is directed to dispose of HMOP No.139 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.12.2025.

5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
