JUDGMENT

This Appeal Suit has been filed praying to set aside the Judgment and Decree made in O.S.No.134 of 2014 on February 12, 2020 passed by I Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.V.Manisekaran, learned Counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file. Scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:-
