JUDGMENT
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in F.C.O.P.No.19 of 2018 on the file of Family Court, Namakkal. He further submitted that the Family Court has disposed of F.C.O.P.No.19 of 2018 by granting divorce to the appellant/husband and since the main FCOP was disposed of, this appeal may be dismissed as infructuous.
