ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order, dated 15.07.2025 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the appropriate court u/s 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, challenging the impugned order. He also seeks a direction from this Court to exclude the time spent by the petitioner before this Court through this writ petition for the purpose of saving limitation u/s 14 of the Limitation Act.

3. Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition on the bonafide belief that this writ petition is maintainable, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropraite court u/s 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, aggrieved by the Page No.2 of 4

impugned order and the time spent by the petitioner before this Court in this writ petition shall stand excluded for the purpose of saving limitation u/s 14 of the Limitation Act. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
