Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in his proceedings O.Mu.No.88223/L1/2005 dated 05.12.2005 and the subsequent proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in O.S.No.2083/A1/07 dated 02.08.2007 and the
proceedings issued by the 4th respondent in O.Mu.No.10233/A1/2007 dated 23.08.2007 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the correct scale of pay with effect from 30.11.1979 to the petitioner and pay the arrears of salary and consequently revise the pension amount to the petitioner and pay the arrears of pension to the petitioner together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum and pass orders.

ORDER
The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in his proceedings O.Mu.No.88223/L1/2005 dated 05.12.2005 and the subsequent proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in O.S.No.2083/A1/07 dated 02.08.2007 and the proceedings issued by the 4th respondent in O.Mu.No.10233/A1/2007 dated 23.08.2007 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the correct scale of pay with effect from 30.11.1979 to the petitioner and pay the arrears of salary and consequently revise the pension amount to the petitioner and pay the arrears of pension to the petitioner together
with interest at the rate of 12% per annum.
2.When the matter was called on 11.06.2018 there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was posted at 2:15 p.m and even at 2:15 p.m, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate for Education Department, appeared before this Court on 11.06.2018 by filing a counter and would submit that the petitioner is not entitled for any favourable order from this Court and stated, that this writ petition has to be dismissed. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 11.06.2018.
3.Even today there is no representation for the petitioner hence the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
