Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the concerned records relating to the order of the 2nd respondent dated 8.10.2014 suspending the petitioner from service and the order dated 12.06.2015 rejecting the petitioner's representation to pay full wages as Subsistence Allowance from 8.12.2014 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Section 19(3) (a) & (b) of the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges (Regulation) Act, 1976 and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner by paying the full wages as Subsistence Allowance from 8.12.2014 till the order of suspension dated 8.10.2014 is revoked by deducting the Subsistence Allowance already paid and further to pay the Lawyer's fee of the petitioner. The petitioner's request for payment of full wages as Subsistence Allowance came to be rejected vide impugned order and challenging the same, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition. The petitioner, challenging the order of dismissal, also raised an industrial dispute and restricted his claim with regard to arrears.

2. Heard the submission of Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who would submit that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the arrears due and payable have been paid.

3. Mr.Godson Swaminath, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been paid with arrears.

4. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
