(CRIME NO.88 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to stay at Dharmapuri and report before Dharmapuri Town Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the order passed in Crl. OP.NO. 7432 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice . Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7432 of 2022 on 31.03.2022, to stay at Dharmapuri and report before Dharmapuri Town Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
