The petitioners seek issuance of Letters of Administration for the estate of late Mr.C.Saravanan, who died intestate on 19.11.2002.

2. He survived by the petitioners and the respondents viz., brothers and sisters. The 2nd petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased Mr.C.Saravanan as Ex.P1. The death certificate of Mr.M.Chokkalingam, father of C.Saravanan has been marked as Ex.P2. The death certificate of Mrs.M.Muniammal, mother of Mr.C.Saravanan has been produced as Ex.P3. The respondents 1 to 3 have filed consent affidavits and they have been marked as Ex.P4 to Ex.P6.

3. Since there are no Class-I heirs, the brothers and sisters as Class-II heirs would inherit the estate. The sisters have expressed their no objection for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the estate in favour of the petitioners.

4. Hence, this application is allowed granting Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners in

respect of the estate of the deceased Mr.C.Saravanan. The petitioners shall execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court, Madras.
