When this matters was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petitions in view of the judgment passed in W.A.No.842 of 2015 etc. batch dated 24.06.2015 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, the writ petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
