ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law.
2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.12168 and 12169 of 2026 are closed. In view of the withdrawal of the writ petition, no order is required to be passed in W.M.P.No.12167 of 2026 and, accordingly, the same is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
