(CRIME NO.450/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner is Directed to appear before the investigation Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2767 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2085 of 2022 dated 04.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2767 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2085 of 2022 on 04.03.2022.
