By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 14.02.2024 for issuance of patta in her name.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she made an online application before the second respondent for issuance of patta for her property in Survey No.237/19 situated at Vilambur Village, Chengalpettu District. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 14.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
