The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 10.08.2022 in W.P.No.20299 of 2022, has filed the present contempt petition.

Jvm 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the delay in settlement of terminal benefits, the petitioner is entitled to interest @ 6% p.a., however the respondent has taken into consideration interest @ 4% p.a. for such belated payment of terminal benefits and therefore, he seeks liberty to approach the respondent Corporation to seek the balance interest amount.

4.
