ORDER
This petition is filed to pass necessary orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.11.2023 as per the communication of the first respondent, dated 18.12.2023.
2. The petitioner made a representation to take disciplinary action against the concerned Sub-Registrar for wrongfully registering the documents by obtaining a bribe of Rs.20,000/-.
3. On a perusal of the representation, if the petitioner is aggrieved by such an action of taking a bribe, it would be open for him to lodge a complaint before the appropriate investigating authority. As far as the Departmental Enquiry is concerned, it is fully within the domain of the employer. Once the petitioner has given a complaint, the same has to be looked into by the employer. The petitioner does not have a concomitant right to come by way of a Mandamus to insist that action should be taken on his representation. However, it can be seen that the petitioner's representation was also acted upon and by a communication, dated 18.12.2023, particulars were called for.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
