O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned communication issued by the 1st respondent vide Lr.No.7205/COE/La/2018 dated 17.10.2018 in so far as the levy of penal fee to the petitioner's college and to quash the consequential impugned communication issued by the 1st respondent vide Lr.No.7205/COE/La/2018 dated 26.03.2019.

2. This Court vide order dated 25.07.2022 directed the University to refund a sum of Rs.1,35,000/- collected by it for the regularization of these students. This Court further directs the College to pay the costs of Rs.10,00,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Welfare Fund. Since the College has admitted the students irregularly as against the said costs, the petitioner has filed an appeal before this Court in W.A.No.2081 of 2022 and this Court vide order dated 16.09.2022 granted an order of interim stay as against the said costs.

3. In the light of the above, no further order are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
