O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.04.2015.

2. It is seen that, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 16.04.2015 to the 1st respondent against the respondents 2 to 5 as they cheated him in the business transaction and subsequently, threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. Since the respondent police had not taken any action on the complaint, the present petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired and closed on 13.07.2015 in C.No.89 of 2015 stating that the jurisdiction falls in Valangaiman, Tanjore District and a copy of the report has also been furnished.

Recording the same, nothing survives in this petition and this petition stands closed.
