The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the 2nd show cause notice dated 23.02.2024 was issued and the petitioner has submitted his explanation on 06.03.2024, no final orders have been passed. The prayer made is to pass final orders. 1/3

2. Mr.L.Raja, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent would submit that only on 23.02.2024, the show cause notice was issued and the petitioner has submitted his explanation on 06.03.2024 and it will be duly considered and order will be passed within a stipulated period.

3. The respondent is directed to pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
