This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to comply and register the Petitioner's complaint as per order in CMP No.3449 of 2022 dated 23.06.2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate,

Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that as per the order dated 23.06.2023 in CMP No.3449 of 2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053, the respondent conducted enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and found that all the allegations are civil in nature and closed the complaint. Accordingly, the respondent also filed a report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
