No. 228/ 2026/ A3 dated 30.01.2026 issued to the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's online application No. 2024/0105/ 03/ 464930 dated 19.06.2024 and the subsequent representation dated 19.01.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner seeks for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the third parties for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition. The petitioner had submitted an online application on 19.06.2024 with the 2nd respondent seeking for cancellation of patta. 2.As seen from the documents filed along with this Writ Petition based on the petitioner's application, proceedings has already been initiated by the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent is conducting an enquiry. In view of the same, no prejudice would be caused to any other parties if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 19.06.2024, seeking for cancellation of patta after hearing all the necessary parties, which includes the parties in whose name presently the patta stands, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

3.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 19.06.2024, seeking for cancellation of patta

standing in the name of the third parties for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which includes the parties in whose name the patta stands, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
