C.R.P.No.1164 of 2021 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This Court vide order dated 10.06.2021 has directed the Learned District Munsif Judge, Sulur, to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2020 filed by the petitioner seeking for appointment of Advocate Commissioner after giving proper opportunity to the respondents / defendants, within a period of two months from the date of the lifting of complete COVID-19 lock down by the Government. The Learned District Munsif has now sought for extension of time by letter dated 30.09.2022 to dispose of the case stating that the order copy produced by the plaintiff was received and recorded on 05.08.2021. In spite of effective steps, the case is now pending for Commissioner Report and Plan.

2. In view of the above request, this Court is inclined to grant further period of three months to dispose of the case.

3. Accordingly, three months time is granted to dispose of the above I.A.No.3 of 2020 filed by the petitioner.
