O R D E R

The petitioner is the husband of the respondent. He filed F.C.O.P.No.202 of 2014 on the file of Family Court, Salem for divorce. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.108 of 2014 on the file of the Sub-Court, Hosur for restitution of conjugal rights.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Transfer C.M.P. to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.108 of 2014 from the file of Sub-Court, Hosur and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Salem to try along with F.C.O.P.No.202 of 2014.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In these circumstances, I direct for withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.108 of 2014 from the file of Sub-Court, Hosur and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Salem to be tried along with F.C.O.P.No.202 of 2014.
