This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent relating to the impugned order dated 18.12.2018 uploaded on the website of the first respondent insofar as the petitioner herein is concerned (DIN No.01212656 at Sl.No.1080) and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and devoid of merit and consequentially to direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to get re-appointed as Director of any Company or appointed as Director in any Company without any hindrance. 2.

The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 2/4

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
