[Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J] Both the appellant and the respondent have filed a joint memorandum of compromise, dated 27.02.2022 signed by the parties and their respective counsel and the same has been placed before us, which shows that the parties have settled the matter amicably outside the Court and they are now living together.
2.The appeal, being one against the order granting divorce, as a result of the compromise and the re-union, will stand allowed and the OP in 290 of 2018 will stand dismissed. The memorandum of compromise will form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
