The petitioner has prayed this Court seeking for fixing time limit for completion of the proceedings in C.C.No.5190 of 2015. This is a case where the compliant was filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, and the same is pending for the last three years.

2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction of the learned Fast Track Court III Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet to dispose of the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a report before this Court, after the completion of the proceedings.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
