2. Additionally, the petitioner has also filed Criminal M.P. No. 6206 of 2024. The Satisfaction court is to be corrected from the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (exclusive for trial of CCB cases), Egmore, Chennai to Metropolitan Magistrate for exclusive trial of CCB Cases (relating to Cheating Cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Case, Egmore, Chennai - 600008.

3. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy, after making necessary correction in the order.
