ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Challenging the order in OA No.300 of 2013 dated 22.01.2020, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench, the petitioner Department has filed the present writ petition.
2. On 22.11.2023, the Court has recorded as follows: "Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent died. He seeks time to take steps to implead the legal heirs of the 2/4
deceased sole respondent."
3. Though this Court has given ample opportunity to the second respondent to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent by amending the cause title, no steps have been taken so far. The same has also been recorded by this court on 22.11.2023. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.11765 of 2020 is closed.
