This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2494 of 2023 dated 21.02.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police for monthly once i.e., on 1st week of Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of final report.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2494 of 2023 dated 21.02.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
