This petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR No.301/2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. Today when the matter was taken up, the respondent police filed a counter, wherein it is stated as follows in paragraph 11: "11. It is submitted that I have completed the investigation on 11.06.2015 and filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thindivanam on 15.06.2015, which is yet to be taken on file."

In view of the above, the petition to quash the FIR cannot be maintained.
