ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to effect mutation of the revenue records in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

According to the petitioner, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition by virtue of an assignment order and a conditional patta was also issued in his name. However, according to the petitioner, till date, the revenue records maintained by the respondents has not been mutated in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner had given a representation to the respondents on 02.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 3.
Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's
representation dated 02.02.2026 as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's application, dated 02.02.2026 seeking for mutation of revenue records in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
