The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to propose the petitioner by including his name in the list for Magisterial Training.

2.This petition is today heard through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who was present along with her, placed her submissions before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner retired from service and hence, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this writ petition may be closed.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
