The wife has filed the present petition seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P. No. 184 of 2013, filed by the respondent/husband, for divorce, pending on the file of Additional Sub Court, Thanjavur and transfer the same to the Sub Court at Hosur or any other Sub-Court nearby Bangalore.

Sesubalan, learned counsel for the respondent/husband submitted that the respondent has no objection in ordering transfer of the said H.M.O.P.

In view of "No Objection" expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent, H.M.O.P. No. 184 of 2013 pending on the file of Additional Sub Court, Thanjavur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub-Court, Hosur and the learned Sub Judge, Hosur, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to expedite the trial of the said H.M.O.P. and dispose of the same, at the earliest, not later than 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
