This petition has been filed to to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 14.08.2015, it does not disclose the commission of any cognizable offence. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register an FIR.

4. If there is further threat to the petitioner from the opposite party, liberty is given to the petitioner to immediately lodge a police complaint and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into by the police and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
