ORDER
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This petition has been filed challenging e-tender notification dated 27.02.2026 in E-Tender Reference No.002/S11/ GMKMCH/ SLM/2026 issued by the 3rd respondent, published in Indian Express daily newspapers dated 01.03.2026 and to quash the same, consequently, directing the 3rd respondent to issue fresh e-tender notification
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner intends to participate the e-tender for auction of condemned medical equipment of the third respondent medical college, in which the tender inviting authority imposed a condition that the applicant must obtain No Due Certificate from the GST authorities and it is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent is not allowing the petitioner to inspect the premises. Hence, this writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the No Due certificate, the petitioner may be permitted to approach the GST Department and with regard to the inspection of scrap materials, this Court may direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to inspect the scrap materials.
5. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that whenever the petitioner wants to inspect the scrap materials, they will be permitted to inspect the scrap materials.
6. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
7. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent, as agreed by the learned counsel for the respondents, there shall be a direction to the concerned authority to permit the petitioner to visit the premises for inspection whenever the petitioner seeks for inspection.
