Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the file in reference No.91231/E3/1/2014 from the file of the second respondent and quash the transfer order of the third respondent dated 25.05.2015 made therein and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith consider the transfer claim of the petitioner to the vacancy of Senior Resident, Dermatology, Thiruvannamalai Medical College and Hospital on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2015 and pursuant to the transfer counseling held on 03.03.2015 due to non disclosure of the vacancy.
