O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to withdraw the F.C.O.P.No.65 of 2019 filed by the respondent on the file of Family Court, Chengalpet and transfer the same to Family Court, Thiruvallur.

2. The petitioner is the wife. The respondent / husband filed a petition for divorce before Family Court, Chengalpet. The petitioner / wife filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights before Family Court, Thiruvallur. The petitioner finds it very difficult to travel from Thiruvallur to Chengalpet to attend the case. Therefore, she seeks transfer of the case filed by husband from Family Court, Chengalpet to Family Court, Thiruvallur.

3. Considering the convenience of the parties, this Court is inclined to transfer the case from Chengalpet to Thiruvallur. Accordingly, F.C.O.P.No.65 of 2019 pending on the file of Family Court, Chengalpet is withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Thiruvallur to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2019. The learned Judge is directed to renumber the petition, issue notice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the parties and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

4. The transfer civil miscellaneous petition is ordered, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
