Order dated 01.08.2022 This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to issue appropriate direction for dissolve the committee constituted by the respondent No.5 in Ref.No.WL2/8151/2022 dated 31.03.2022 under the leadership of Thiru.1.Anwardeen 1.F.S., Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (WP) for the purpose of verifying the facts of elephant deaths, especially young elephants occurred in the State of Tamil Nadu.

2. Since the committee constituted by the 5th Respondent was dissolved, nothing survives in this petition and the Petition is closed as infructuous.
