Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that both petitioner/husband and respondent/wife have joined together and started living together. However, learned counsel 1/3

submitted that the proceedings in F.C.I.D.O.P No.34 of 2016 is pending before the Family Court, Chengalpattu.

2. Since learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the parties are living together, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty. No costs.
