This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 20.12.2018 made in I.A.No.1467 of 2018 in O.S.No.1290 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main suit itself has been dismissed and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the same subject to restoration of the suit. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
