PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to expedite the disposal of I.A.No.94 of 2019 in O.S.No.250 of 2018 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge at Tambaram. For Petitioners :

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Subordinate Court, Tambaram, to dispose of I.A.No.94 of 2019 in O.S.No.250 of 2018 at an early date.

2. As per law, interlocutory applications should be disposed of within a period of thirty days. Now that the interlocutory application viz., I.A.No.94 of 2019 is pending for more than a year, that too, the parties to the dispute are octogenarians.

3. Considering the age of the parties and the long pendency of the matter, a direction is given to the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, to dispose of I.A.No.94 of 2019 in O.S.No.250 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
