and proceedings Ka.No.1925/E/Ka.u.ka.my/2017 dated 16.06.2017 and to quash the same as illegal and direct the 1st and 4th respondents to consider the appointment on compassionate grounds and provide the employment either to the 2nd petitioner or 3rd petitioner without insisting the adoption deed.
