ORDER

WMP.No.12897 of 2026 has been filed to permit the petitioners to file a

single writ petition. This petition is ordered on payment of single court fee.

2. This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by 2nd respondent dated 07.07.2025 in Na.Ka.No.12333/2025/F1, and the 3rd respondent dated 02.09.2024 in Moo Mu.4459/2024/A7 and impugned order dated 03.03.2025 in Paa. Mu. 7235/2024/A7 and to quash the same consequently direct the 4th Respondent to restore the legal heirship certificate of Muniyammal Bearing No.TN-7202405291406 dated 11.06.2024 as Class-II Legal Heirs.

3. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a restoration petition of suit in O.S.No.48 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pennagaram which was dismissed as not pressed. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a restoration petition of suit in O.S.No.48 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pennagaram. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
