This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 103 days in filing the petition of restoration of C.M.P.SR.No.58133 of 2020 in the above second appeal.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay. Hence, this petition is ordered.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to post the restoration petition in the usual course.
