This Court, while disposing the Crl.O.P.No.13004 of 2024, vide order dated 04.06.2024, directed the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Additional Special Court for trial of Cases related to MP and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CRL OP NO. 13004 of 2024 MLAs in Tamil Nadu, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.20 of 2023 within a period of six months. Now, the learned Special Judge seeks extension of time to dispose of the said case.

Considering the reasons stated by the learned Special Judge, further period of two months is granted to dispose of the case in C.C.No.20 of 2023.
