The petition has been filed to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent herein to provide adequate police protection for Ingress and egress of vehicles, willing workers, suppliers, and dealers from in and out of the Factory premises and further vacate the trespassing workmen by ensuring that no striking workers assemble illegally in any form inside and outside the petitioner factory premises, within the radius of 300 meters from Petitioner's Factory premises namely. No. 26, Tiruvallur High Road, Nemam Village, Chennai - 600 124 Pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.03.2023 and 05.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
