ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Additional Sub Judge, Chengalpattu made in EP.No.91 of 2014 in MCOP.No.957 of 2001 by its order dated 09.02.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
