According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in HMOP.No.69 of 2015 before the Hon'ble Principal Sub-Court, Krishnagiri, which is pending. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of the said petition.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that there is no interlocutory application is pending in the above petition and hence there is no legal impediment to dispose of the suit within the time as may be fixed by this Court.

3. It is seen from the records, that the above petition has been posted for arguments and subsequently adjourned from time to time for one reason or other. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the Hon'ble Principal Sub-Court, Krishnagiri to dispose of the HMOP.No.69 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.06.2018.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
