V.Manaalan v. The Inspector Of Police

W.P.No.11159 of 2022 W.P.No.11159 of 2022 Pursuant to the earlier orders passed by this Court on 06.05.2022 , Mr.A.Pavan Kumar Reddy, Superintendent of Police, Tiruvannamalai and G.Solomon Raja, Inspector of Police, Kannamangalam Circle, Tiruvannamalai District were present at the time of hearing and an affidavit was also filed by the Inspector of Police.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that protection was also given for the festival. The affidavit filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is hereby recorded. As the direction given by this Court is complied with, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
