This petition is filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the above Original Side Appeal.
2. Mr. P.T.Ramkumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for respondent/Railways.
3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.
5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 04.03.2022.
